We can meet in person at my office, providing a calm and private space for your counselling sessions.
Telephone counselling is also available and offers a comfortable, straightforward way to receive support from anywhere in the UK.
Walk and Talk therapy combines counselling with gentle exercise in a relaxed, outdoor setting.
Choosing the right counsellor is important for building a strong therapeutic relationship. I offer a free 10 minute consultation before beginning counselling. This gives us space to explore your goals and ensure you feel at ease working with me. The consultation is available by online video or telephone.
Counselling can help with many issues you may be facing. Anxiety, low mood, depression, bereavement, abuse, family issues, marital problems or past trauma are some examples of problems you can explore through counselling.
