Is counselling for you?

If you are facing a challenging time right now, then I am glad you have found my website. Everyone can struggle at times and it can be difficult to know how to move forward.

You can end up feeling a bit lost and alone, unsure of where to turn or who to talk to.

I offer a gentle, safe and confidential space in which you can be yourself and work through your challenges.

You may be in the midst of a stressful life event, maybe a bereavement, a break-up or change of circumstance. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, constantly worrying or feeling sad.

Finding a safe and supportive space in which to work through these feelings can be immensely healing. It is often from the pain and the struggles that the greatest opportunities for growth and change emerge.

Can Therapy Help Me?

The following is not an exhaustive list. Some people seek therapy because of a significant life event however choosing to get therapy when your mood is low or when you are struggling with day to day life can also be beneficial. Therapy can help with anything that is causing you concern or that upsets you. It can also help you to be more assertive, set boundaries and encourage healthier self-care.
